PWD4U is a useful tool that makes it simple and quick for people to report issues or defects on the road to the appropriate authority. The Keralan government launched this digital project to give people an easy way to report any concerns or traffic issues they are having to the authorities.
There are two areas in the application: the map portion and the complaint section.Users can easily select the appropriate authority to file a complaint with in the complaint area. The chosen authority will decide how to handle the complaint.

Users can request a location and an image of a certain area through the application’s map component. A map of the area in concern will then be automatically created by the application and sent to the designated authority.
